Draw the Moor – indoors! Free Big Draw events at Devon Guild this half-term

    Bovey Tracey

This half-term the Devon Guild is bringing the great outdoors into their gallery as part of the National Campaign for Drawing. Along with other arts organisations across the UK this October, the craft centre is running Big Draw activities as part of the campaign’s aim to promote drawing and visual literacy. This year’s theme is ‘It’s Our World’ - celebrating the environment, our urban, rural and coastal landscapes. It’s a stroke of luck that the Guild’s current exhibition ‘Home Ground’ is showing work inspired by local landscapes, made with natural materials found in the artists’ home environment.
