Eversfield Lodge

Eversfield Lodge forms part of an 850 acre working farm offering Bed and Breakfast in unobtrusive luxury. Comfortable sofas, crisp white linen, luxury beds some four poster. There is an elegant dining room overlooking the gardens and Dartmoor the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or drink from the Bar. There is a cosy snug and a second drawing room, games room and well stocked residents bar.

We can cater for the individual guest, couples, groups of friends, families and corporate groups. Short stays and long weekends our speciality.. We also offer exclusive hire on a self catered or catered basis. For weekly self catered holidays we can offer Eversfield Coach House sleeps up to 8.

Road Directions

From Exeter, take the A30 to Sourton Cross.
At Sourton Cross, join the A386 to Bideford.
At the Fowley Cross roundabout, take the first exit left joining the A3079, signed Halwill.
After approximately 5 km, take a left turn at minor crossroads, signed Bratton Clovelly.
Follow the road for approximately 4 km.
As you pass the sign for Bratton Clovelly, the entrance to Ellacott Barton is on your left.

Public Transport Directions

The closest mainline train stations are at Exeter and Plymouth.
During the summer months there is an occasional local train service connecting Exeter to Okehampton.
There is an hourly bus service from Exeter Coach Station which connects with all National Express Services.
Flybe and Air South West have a scheduled service from London and Manchester to both Exeter and Plymouth airports.
