Privately owned and managed by Caroline and Dave a warm friendly welcome awaits you at our delightful country house hotel. Set in 3 acres of mature woodland gardens on edge of Dartmoor yet 5 minutes from A38. All rooms are en-suite with TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent food is available from our award winning chef.

From Exeter leave at Avon Wick South Brent Marley Head junction; follow signs to South Brent; second right after London Inn; the hotel is approximately 0.25 mile up lane on right-hand side.
From Plymouth leave at woodpecker Junction (just passed shell garage). Take first left off slip road, take next left sign posted "sleazebrook", then turn left again, proceeding 0.23 miles. Hotel on right hand side.
