Harrabeer Country House
Harrabeer Country House is small quiet, friendly and family run. It was a top 20 finalist for the prestigious AA landlady of the year Award 2002.
There are 6 comfortable bedrooms, all with en suite or private facilities, and attractive restaurant in which to savour the tastes of good food and wine and a gracious sitting room to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere during your stay. An open fire burns in the licensed bar on cooler evenings, or sit in the small but pretty secluded garden when warmer, it's idyllic. There are now 2 beautiful self-catering suites in a sympathetically converted barn. We welcome our "self catering" guests into the Country House too.
Our double and twin rooms are suitable for family for 4/5, which includes a 'privacy door' for a family suite. £100 for four, including breakfast. All the rooms are available for single occupancy at a reduced rate.

Conveniently located for outdoor activities on and around Dartmoor, a host of interesting places to visit and yet only 9 miles from the city of Plymouth for shopping, nightlife and culture. From Take A386 from Plymouth
Take A386 from Plymouth following signs to Tavistock to Yelverton roundabout. Turn left towards Tavistock, brown sign on left for Harrabeer Country House Hotel down Grange Road. At bottom of Grange Road turn right and the hotel is 350 yards on left hand side.
Public Transport Directions
From Plymouth - 9 miles
Take A386 outside Plymouth railway station towards Tavistock. Hotel is signposted just beyond Yelverton roundabout on road to Tavistock.
