Higher Woodley Farm

A warm welcome awaits you at Higher Woodley Farm. Stay in our 19thC farmhouse, with a working dairy farm, set within the beautiful Tamar Valley on the Devon/Cornwall border. Enjoy outstanding views over Dartmoor and the Cornish hills. We are conveniently situated for the coast and moors, the Eden Project plus numerous National Trust properties. Enjoy horse riding or cycling, we have locked accommodation for bicycles. There are many rivers and fishing lakes and an abundance of excellent walks along pretty country lanes and footpaths or “letter boxing” on the moors.

Enjoy a tray tea on arrival and plan your holiday. All our rooms are fully equipped en suite with great attention to detail. Breakfast is served in the dining room, local food sourced whenever possible. Enjoy all the West Country has to offer at the Woodley farm.
