The Rosemont
The Rosemont is a spacious and beautifully maintained, late 19th century property that was originally occupied by descendants of Sir Francis Drake.
Modernised and updated it stands in a prominent location in the village of Yelverton overlooking the village green. All rooms are clean, modern and refurbished to a high standard. Each has Digital TV, DAB Digital radio/CD player and DVD equipment, hairdryers and tea/coffee facilities.
A great place to base yourself for walking/hiking, biking, golfing, running or more leisurely pursuits. Ideally placed for visiting the BBC featured 'Garden House' and National Trust properties and gardens. The moor is just outside. City centre shopping can be found in the historic waterfront and naval port of Plymouth or the quieter streets of Tavistock.

Road Directions
Yelverton is halfway between Plymouth and Tavistock on the A386. At Yelverton roundabout take the Princetown Road (B3212) then the FIRST LEFT. The Rosemont sign is clearly visible. Easy to find.

Yelverton is on the main bus route(s) from Plymouth/Tavistock. Any bus going to/from Plymouth or Tavistock will stop at Yelverton. The bus stop is opposite The Rosemont.
