Nestling in the valley on the bank of the river Torridge this unique riverside bed and breakfast and self catering accomodation offers you peace and tranquillity in the heart of Devon. Built in 1930 by Lord Marchamley, this Arts and Crafts building retains much of its original character giving a warm and friendly atmosphere.
The river Torridge changes with the seasons from a slow moving gentle river to a raging current which is a real spectacle.
It has an array of wildlife with over 50 different species of bird including the Kingfisher, deer across the valley, the badger which calls at night and if you are very lucky you may spot the otter. Sit on the veranda and enjoy the peace and tranquility with a nice pot of tea and homemade cake.
