Dartmoor Local Producers

Dartmoor has a wide variety of local producers. There is the Dartmoor bred beef and lamb, healthier than oily fish and just as tasty too! We have cider and beer, both produced on the moor and with local ingredients. Cheese; the smelly, soft variety or the hard strong variety can both be found on the moor in a deli or two. Even ice cream is produced locally and jolly good it is too.

Don't forget the famous pasty; perfect fuel after a hike on the moor. Or maybe your taste is a little more exotic...Dartmoor Chilli Farm is the place for you then.
